We want you to love your The QT products as much as we do! However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item(s) within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.
Items must be returned in perfect, saleable condition and with all original packaging. We reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the returned goods. Please, ensure that any returned items are well packaged and protected before sending because we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur in transit. You will receive a refund within 7 days of your return arriving at our warehouse, credited back to the method you paid with.
If you wish to exchange for an alternative size or product, we will issue you with an e-gift card, via email, within 7 days of receiving your return, so that you can make your replacement purchase via our website.
Please, note that we do not accept returns on gift cards.

Please, obtain proof of postage, as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages. In the unfortunate event that the parcel is lost and we do not receive the returned item(s), we will be unable to offer any refund or exchange.
Faulty or Miss-Packed Items
We’ll do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrived damaged or miss-packed, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the item(s) and your order number. We will then provide you with a free returns label.
Also, if you encounter any quality defects with your item(s) after receiving and using them, please contact us by email and we will do our best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs that have not been agreed with us in writing prior to sending.
Cancelling Your Order

If the order has already been dispatched, you should follow the procedure above. Unfortunately postage and shipping costs are non refundable.
